Terms of Use (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and NeuroSync AI ("we", "us", "our") for the use of the NeuroSync AI mobile application ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these terms.

2. Description of the App

NeuroSync AI is a binaural beats generator that uses AI to create personalized audio frequencies for focus, relaxation, and meditation. The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The App may offer in-app purchases and subscription plans.
Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's store settings.
Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective app store.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.
Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems.
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by NeuroSync AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Health Disclaimer

Binaural beats may not be suitable for everyone. If you have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, or are prone to seizures, consult a medical professional before using the App. Do not use the App while driving or operating heavy machinery.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuroSync AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
